North Pacific Tours is family operated business that is privately owned by Mauricio, who is Costa Rican and Lisa, an American. Our boat, the Don Manuel, is fully insured and licensed. We strive to ensure that you have an outstanding day out on the water and that all your fishing/surfing/snorkeling needs are met. We have a professional crew and all of our trips are supplied with fresh tropical fruits, bottled water, soda, ice tea, a variety of snacks and beer. If you have a preference to soda, beer, etc., please let us know and we will be sure it is on the boat. Our goal is to provide you and your family with excellent service while on the Don Manuel.
Captain and Mate
Mauricio's father is our Capitan with over 40+ years experience fishing the Papagayo Gulf and is very knowlegable of the area. Daniel's mate, Danny, has been fishing for over 20 years.  This father and son team make your fishing and surfing experience well worth your trip!
